Little Manager, am I?

I was working in Da Vinci about 2 yrs+ which I only positioned as full timer about 9 months ago. I was first hesitate by the 'manager' designed to me as I never had any experience in such position before. Anyway, I was thinking this is the real challenge I have to face. (some more I was just started my business management degree)

At first, there were a lot of stuffs to catch on. Admin-wise, report, tons of training, consulting and supervising the other staffs and bla bla bla. I am so lucky my lady boss is such a kind, helpful and encouraging; which I am now much more confident handling this and that. (Even mistakes happened and makes me so nervous... 'Gosh, what did I've done?')

The kids, as normal... some of them are pretty naughty, a bit lazy, talkative, too much pamper but I love them all. All of them are good kids comes from good family and improvise in some terms. I don't have so much problem with kids (as I handled them for 2 years already) but manager works makes me nervous.. still. Actually it's about conducting the interview. I never count how many times I went for interview already but picture myself as the one who's asking questions makes me giggle. (Hehe..) Especially when I'm not well prepared, all I was asking is to intro themselves, tells about the current job, why they wanna work here and in return I'll explain about the company. (Kinda common question actually)

For the last interview, I was given the checklist from my boss which give me better view about interviewing. I think with the confident I have, I'll improve and do better next time. (^_^)
