Car or Cow?

Did you see the rope? Initially we were wondering why they tied the car like cow??? Oh, and I also revealed the plat no. HAHAHA

Well, this car parked exactly at the entrance of EMPIRE Furniture Store and it was written there msg to the car owner. "politely" asking the to park again... tomorrow, day after tomorrow and so on. But it is really obvious they are very angry that they tied it like a cow. HEHE
