In search of KOUFUKU

Tuesday, September 2, 2008

Konfuku is a Japanese word which means, Happiness. I believe each of us wishing for Happiness to shield our daily life, not to let tears fall before us and pain devoured our spirit. Some people considered happiness in questions like what, when, how or maybe who?

What make you feel happiness? Good grade? Employed by huge company? Or getting married?

When the happiness could happen? When you walk side by side with the loved one? When someone tells that he/she loves you? Or when you’re going out with best friends?

How can you build happiness? By cherish every moment with people around you? By taking care of other people? Or maybe by sharing stories with friends?

Who will make you happy? Your lover, your friends or yourself?

I watched this movie entitle ‘Married Life’. It’s not neither horror nor comedy movie. The movie has such a simple theme with deep meaning of truth about commitment life. “We couldn’t build happiness on the unhappiness of someone else. Some people could, but not people with the burden of consciousness.” (Rachel McAdam). Personally, I think it is true. You can’t really built happiness with someone else’s tears. The happiness won’t last forever. I don’t really want to elaborate this matter, it’ll relate to my personal history.

Anyway, I think just for now I had found what I’ve been searching for. The happiness I always wanted. I don’t bother about others as for me, the real and eternal ‘konfuku’ is not considering of any question mark. It doesn’t consider what, when, how and who. So, I’d love to share with you (who are reading my blog).

The real happiness one should search is in our very own heart. Dig it deeper; we’ll be able to feel the real calmness and happiness. When one could find it, the happiness will follow everywhere we go. The feeling of joy is unstoppable; it’s like a humming bird singing beautifully by the window.

I have this believe that I could build my happiness on my own, and I had. The key is our belief to God and to have faith in God. (Should I elaborate more? I've type a lot already). This is just my thought; it might be unacceptable to some people. (^.^)

Thank you.

Dearest,
chibi
